Skaters may hire a private coach (Professional Coach or Junior Coach) who is approved by the Board for generally 15 or 30 minutes per week. Skaters will pay their coach separately from the club. Please keep in mind, rates may vary from $20-$48 per hour for private lessons, based on the professional coach’s credentials.
To be eligible to purchase Private Ice for lessons, skaters must be Introductory, Full, or Associate Members. The minimum amount of ice to purchase is 15 1-hour sessions for the season.
Professional Coaches from outside of MIRFSC may coach, but need to be pre-approved by the Board.
